"Sniper Approach" or "Machine Gun Approach"

1. I am not an expert in weaponology and not a military advisor. But, I just want to highlight on the "sniper approach" and "machine gun approach" as analogy on how we do things in life especially our working like.

2. For employers, it is good for them to know which type of employee they want to employ. Do they want to have a sniper which is a skilled worker with high quality and accurate aiming? For this type of worker, you just need one bullet and your target achieved. Sniper Approach is very usefeul in achieving difficult and challenging tasks which you only have one chance, one bullet, one target point. There is no second chance. You win or you lose. You want to kill your enemy and achieve your goal but you only have one opportunity which is very difficult and you need a very skilled and trained person to complete the task successfully. So, you need a sniper not a machine gun. But, you need to be patient. The sniper may take longer time for adjusting the correct aiming before it shoots.

3. But, when you dont have specific goal and you want things immediately, you may use "Machine Gun Approach". There is no need to have accurate aiming and proper timing. Just go out shooting and finish all your bullets. If you are lucky, you may get some thing and vice versa. You just need to spend money to buy bullets.
4. Sometimes, you may have sniper and machine gun. But, you dont know how to use them. If you use sniper as if it is machine gun, you will get upset and you will throw temper to sniper for failing to shoot as you want. On the other hand, if you use machine gun to shoot only one bullet and achieve the target, you may go crazy as it is not practical at all.

5. As conclusion, it will be good to have sniper and machine gun if you know their strength and ability and use them wisely to achieve your target and specific needs.
